One of the biggest concerns of homeschooling parents is the cost involved in homeschooling. You want the best possible program, but it also has to be affordable. Buying brand new programs can be costly.
There are a few options to consider when buying programs.
Other Homeschooling Parents and Support Groups
If you belong to a support group or know other parents that homeschool you might be able to buy their used programs at a reduced fee. Make sure the program you buy is not outdated and complies with the laws of your state. It is also important to make sure the program is the right one for your child before you spend money on it. Another option is to have a look at some of the programs other parents use so that you can make an informed choice before you buy a program.
